Just take a color like "blue" and you could use images of the sky, the sea, sapphire and turquoise gemstones, blue jeans, the blooms of a blue hydrangea bush, the airline JetBlue, a sad person who feels blue, or a jazz musician playing the blues etc. The list is endless and the same ample results would exist for all the colors. Now that I think about it, the images that each person might choose to use would be quite revealing from a therapeutic standpoint, too.
