I been in a pysch unit or nuthouse and they did groups, which you had to attend. They did various crafts, collages, and art therapy. I really enjoyed doing the groups and since I been out I want to continue doing them. But need help coming up with certain themes or lists. I searched and searched, so websites a plus. Also, if there is anyone going through art therapy maybe we can help each other. Thank you

From a purely artistic standpoint, themes for collages can really be about anything.

Just take a color like "blue" and you could use images of the sky, the sea, sapphire and turquoise gemstones, blue jeans, the blooms of a blue hydrangea bush, the airline JetBlue, a sad person who feels blue, or a jazz musician playing the blues etc. The list is endless and the same ample results would exist for all the colors.

Now that I think about it, the images that each person might choose to use would be quite revealing from a therapeutic standpoint, too.
